Past Visits
Our next event will take place at 3.00 pm on 10th May with a visit to the parish church of St Peter & St Paul (TN8 5BD) in picturesque Edenbridge. Edenbridge parish church deserves a visit all to itself, because, as with Hythe, it contains two organs played from the same console.
We will aim to meet at the station (TN2 5QY) at 1.45 p.m. and to travel on the 2.00 p.m. diesel train from Tunbridge Wells West to Eridge (a 25 minute journey) and return on the 2.35 p.m. steam train, arriving back in Tunbridge Wells at 3.00 p.m.
Our next event will be an Improvisation Class led by our member Gerard Brooks at St Leonard's, Hythe (CT21 5DN) on Saturday 1st February 2025 at 2.30 p.m. Gerard is a specialist in the area, having been involved in classes for the RCO and tutored students at the RAM in London.
