2.00 pm: All Saints’ parish church, Lydd. Parking available nearby (Coronation Square, the Rype etc). Modest 1880 Henry Willis organ with NPOR Historic Organ Certificate.
Our next meeting will take us to the picturesque, and picturesquely named, villages of Bishopsbourne and Womenswold, where we will once again see and hear some small but interesting instruments. Both churches date from the 13th century, with many interesting features.
Our 13th Competition took place as usual at All Saints Maidstone on Saturday the 16th March 2024. A full report is available in the subsequent August Journal. Our next Competition will take place on Saturday the 14th March 2026
