One of our members, Toby Huitson, entered Blackburn Cathedral’s Lent composition competition to write a piece for organ based on a Lent hymn, and was placed joint second overall.
'We have an old electric organ that belonged to my wife’s grandfather. Although it is not an instrument worthy of the attention of this illustrious group, we would like to get it serviced somehow.
